"The taste of home in every bite"
— Marie D., Port-au-Prince
Founded in 2010, Manje Lakay Pam brings the authentic taste of Haitian home cooking to Roxbury. Our name means "Home Cooking by Pam" in Haitian Creole, and that's exactly what we offer - traditional dishes made with love, just like you'd find in a Haitian home.
Chef Pam grew up in Port-au-Prince, learning family recipes passed down through generations. After moving to Boston, she wanted to share these flavors with her new community.
Our mission is simple: to serve delicious, authentic Haitian food that nourishes both body and soul.
